Roberto Mancini's Manchester City travelled to Norwich looking for a repeat of the dominant display they produced against the Canaries in December, when they beat them 5-1 at the Etihad Stadium. Swansea City, managed by Brendan Rodgers, were looking to add Blackburn to the list of teams they have beaten at home this season, which includes Man City and Arsenal.

Elsewhere, Mark Hughes took his QPR team to The Hawthorns for a meeting with West Brom, and relegation-threatened Wolves travelled to the Stadium of Light to play Sunderland.
