The Grand Final features performances from EastEnders' Tameka Empson and Laurie Brett, ex-Olympian Eddie 'the eagle' Edwards, comedian Miles Jupp, Outnumbered's Tyger Drew-Honey, CBBC's Dani Harmer and comedian Omid Djalili.
On hand to celebrate and commiserate with the acts is a comedy panel featuring Frank Skinner, Rhod Gilbert and Paddy McGuinness, and bringing music to the nation's ears are JLS and Katy Perry, in her only UK appearance.
