Animated adventures of a CIA agent. After Stan accidentally kills a dictator, Roger is forced to pose as the leader. But Roger goes crazy with his new power.
In order to get a promotion at work, Stan has no choice but to convince the dictator of Isla Island that he should sign a treaty. But when Stan meets the general and has an unfortunate mishap which ends up killing him, Roger is forced to pose as the leader. However, Roger really takes a shine to his position and goes power crazy, resulting in Stan having to save him from inciting a revolution.
Meanwhile, Steve and Snot have a competition to find out who can get further with the other's mother.
