A month has passed since the carrier bag charge was introduced. X-Ray sets to find the answers to viewers' questions about the way the charge is being implemented in Welsh shops. Rachel asks Environment Minister John Griffiths to explain why the charge applies to paper as well as plastic bags, why it applies to fast food takeaways, and just when and how Welsh charities will benefit.

Lucy meets Chris Nichols from Cardiff who bought himself a Mazda 6 to drive around the city. But he's stumbled upon a major problem with modern diesel cars.

And Rachel finds out what happened when Colin and Maria McFadden from Swansea fell in love with a VW Campervan they spotted for sale on the internet.
