Episode 41 of 52

When Simone is transferred from St James's, can Ric save her and regain Elizabeth's trust? Sahira tries to cope with the pressure of a trauma case involving a young boy.

When Simone is transferred from St James's in a serious condition, Elizabeth forces Ric to do everything in his power to save her. The situation intensifies when Simone indicates that she doesn't want to be resuscitated if anything should go wrong in theatre. Aware that Elizabeth still blames him for his previous interference in the case, Ric must tread very carefully to ensure he does the right thing this time round.

Sahira is desperate to leave on time for her son Indy's birthday when a young boy is admitted as a trauma patient. Despite Jac's insistence that she can cope in Sahira's absence, Hanssen emotionally blackmails Sahira into staying, reminding her she is lead surgeon for the new trauma unit. Can she keep her emotions in check as the case progresses, and will she make it to the party in time?

Eddi starts to have serious reservations about Sir Fraser's daughter, Lulu, as she starts her first official day on AAU. A late start and some rather inappropriate footwear seem to indicate that Lulu's heart isn't fully in the job. But just how wary should Eddi be of her feisty new F1?
