Ruby agrees to go on a date with her dad's badminton partner's nephew. When she discovers her date works in marketing and could be useful to her, Ruby finds herself falling in love.

Bored pharmacist Ruby Chadha dreams of being an entrepreneur. But dad Inder wants her to ditch her crazy schemes, go out on a date with a graduate, and find a new enthusiasm for staking crates of mouthwash and dispensing methadone. Will Ruby succeed in marketing her new board game, or be tempted into a more conventional life by the tall boy with the 2:1? Ruby stars Mina Anwar in the title role, with Julia Deakin as Carmen, Sanjeev Kohli as Inder and Donald Macleary as Jake.
