It is a busy day and hundreds of hopeful people have braved the rain and turned up in the hope that they will be one of the lucky chosen ones.
Paul takes a break from the valuations to discover the beautiful Minack Theatre, built almost single-handedly by one woman on the Cornish coast, on a steep cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
