On her travels Emily meets people who love to pre-drink and others who take drinking games to the extreme - including a group of vodka eyeballers - in order to try and find out why we drink so quickly in this country.
Emily also sees first hand the dangerous effects such drinking can have by joining the London Booze Bus paramedic team and spending a night in the new Alcohol Recovery Centre.
