Comedian-activist, Mark Thomas creates a People's Manifesto.

He's taking suggestions from his studio audience and then getting them to vote for the best.

The winner of each show will be enforceable by law, so pay attention!

In this episode, policies include:

* Shame-based pay-policy for professional footballers
* Compulsory relationship MOTs
* The public-funding of political parties.

Mark also starts to pursue one of the winning policies from last series - that he should invade the island of Jersey.
