Michael gets paranoid about Ric and Annalese, and is forced to agree to a divorce. Meanwhile, Sacha needs Jac's help when he is accused of sexual harassment.
Michael cannot accept that Annalese wants a divorce. Paranoid that Ric and Annalese might rekindle their affair, Michael goes all out to compete with Ric to pitch for a 500,000 pound funding donation.
When Sacha is accused of sexual harassment by a patient, Ric and Mark are drawn in to investigate. Will Jac find out the truth to clear Sacha's name?
As everyone offers their congratulations to Elliot on his OBE, he struggles with his new-found fame and attempts to keep a low profile.
