Drama. Edward (Bill Milner) hates living in the old people's home run by his parents, until he finds an unlikely friend in a new resident, a retired magician (Michael Caine).

Bittersweet tale of an unusual friendship, starring Michael Caine as retired magician Clarence. Edward hates living in the old people's home run by his parents. His only interest is an obsession with ghosts, death and the afterlife. Until, that is, the arrival of reluctant new resident, Clarence - a retired magician with a liberating streak of anarchy. Together the odd couple overcome their personal drawbacks.
