Parking Peril
Kaye Adams brings a human touch to the stories making the news, plus Edi Stark looks at the effects of the 1997 parking laws and the current proposals to raise parking fines.
Edi Stark talks to drivers, residential permit holders, retailers, traders, parking attendants and transport planners about their views on parking regulations in Scotland's largest cities. A Scottish Government consultation on proposals to raise parking fines to as much as £100 runs until June. Some local authorities are also considering green parking permits and clamping.
