Colourful adventures of a group of birds who teach social responsibility. Elliot the worm would like to join the Budgies, but being a worm he does not qualify.
Elliot the worm decides that he'd like to join the Budgies, but when Samuel and Rudy bring him to a meeting, Mr Beakman points out that the Budgie Code says a Budgie is a bird who never gives up. Elliot, being a worm, doesn't qualify. The group must appeal to the Grand Budgie to change the rules and accept all creatures that never give up into the Budgies.
