Wibbly is flying a very lovely kite that he made while waiting for Aunt Larlie to arrive. He's even wearing one of her very special new cardies that she has knitted for him. But then disaster strikes when the kite and Wibbly fall into a puddle. When he hangs up the cardie to dry, he inadvertently creates a brand new kite!
