Phil Williams sits in for Victoria Derbyshire, and speaks to Joe Calzaghe about how he came to give a job to former soldier Chris Finney. Chris is the youngest ever recipient of the George Cross, and after leaving the army found himself working in a call centre. He's now working with Joe to raise money for Britian's wounded soldiers.
