Victoria starts off live from outside Mount Pleasant sorting office talking to striking postal workers and local businesses affected by the postal strike.
Later she is outside Television Centre speaking to people protesting about Nick Griffin's appearance on Question Time. Deputy Director General of the BBC, Mark Byford, also joins the debate to speak to listeners and protestors.
