Receiving a hostile reception from Bianca, Sam rethinks whether she made the right decision by moving into Pat’s. Sam broaches the subject of moving out to Ricky, but he’s reluctant to leave the kids and reveals that Tiffany’s his daughter.

Sam goes to see Phil to ask if she can move back home. He agrees provided she stops working for Jack. Sam goes to inform Jack. Surprised that Sam would be controlled by Phil, Jack flatters her. She claims Phil doesn’t control everything she does. They kiss.

Patrick informs Liz that Denise is returning tomorrow and she must ensure Owen is gone. Having found out from Darren that Owen is still on the Square, a furious Patrick confronts Jim for betraying him. But Jim points to a photo of Paul in an effort to stir him.

Patrick later arrives at the Brannings’ with Libby, having called her. Libby says she wants Owen to stay.

Heather sets about trying to raise money for rent by collecting for a car boot sale and making puppets for Mo.

Shirley meanwhile continues to press Jack about a drugs contact. Relenting, he gives her a number to call. Later, Shirley sits looking at the number, contemplating whether to call.

Janine gleefully informs Archie that she has the wheels in motion to manipulate Sam into skipping the country.

Ryan later meets Janine at the car lot and the two get hot and steamy on the desk. As Ryan jokes about how they’re going to take Archie to the cleaners, unbeknown to them, Archie is watching through the window.

Zainab sheepishly asks Jane to dinner by way of an apology. Jane attends with Christian.

Outside the house later, Christian and Syed have a moment together, but they’re oblivious to someone taking a photo of them.
