Valentino Rossi's third win in five races at the San Marino Grand Prix means the Italian is 30 points clear of nearest rival Jorge Lorenzo in the overall standings and well on course for his seventh premier class world title with just four races to go.
However, the Estoril track holds fond memories for Lorenzo as the Spaniard claimed the first victory of his top flight MotoGP career there in the 2008 season.
