Prospective newlyweds Wayne and Leanne are given 12,000 pounds towards their wedding on the proviso that Wayne must organise every detail of the wedding by himself.
Wayne and Leanne are mad about each other. Leanne cannot wait to get married and expects the fairytale wedding.
But fairytales are not cheap and their two kids are a priority, so they are given 12,000 pounds towards their big day. But there is one big catch - control freak Leanne has agreed, in the presence of a lawyer, to let Wayne organise the wedding all by himself, and Leanne will not know a single thing about it until the big day in three weeks' time.
Will football-loving Wayne score an own goal, can he get the bridesmaids onside, and will he remember whose day it really is?
