Chrissie makes Daisha see that Mark is in love with her, and Ric realises he might have been too harsh on Maddy as she finally proves to him how good she is.
Daisha tries to prove to Chrissie that she and Mark are just good friends. But when she actually tests her theory, she realises she has been seriously mistaken.
Ric tries to prove he is still a fair manager in spite of Zero Tolerance. He tells Maddy she can interview for promotion after all, but his decision proves disastrous for his protege.
Elliot and Faye bond over canapes in the office, leading Faye to offer Elliot a prime position at her forthcoming wedding.
Elliot discovers that Ben, his son-in-law, is losing his sight, but decides to keep it a secret from his daughter Martha.
