Should curfews be placed on kids who commit crimes?
Graham Stewart takes your calls on curfew orders for under 16s being trialed in the Highlands and Islands.
Northern Constabulary has sought permission from the Scottish Government to trial curfew orders on under 16s who commit crimes. The call comes against a backdrop of rising youth crime in Inverness. A similar scheme in Strathclyde was hailed a success by police in 2000, but not extended after claims it created distrust in communities.
