The National Indoor Arena in Birmingham is the setting for the Aviva Grand Prix, one of the biggest meetings on the indoor athletics circuit. With the European Indoor Championships taking place in March, this meet also provides an ideal warm-up opportunity.
The event always attracts an all-star field which this year includes world and Olympic 400m champion Christine Ohuruogu, who won Britain's only athletics gold in Beijing.
Among the international competitors are Olympic 5,000m and 10,000m champion Tirunesh Dibaba of Ethiopia and Kenya's Olympic 800m champion Pamela Jelimo, along with former world 100m champion Kim Collins.
