Have you ever worried about a child who's being neglected?
A charity says a third of people who've worried about a neglected child didn't act on it. Graham Stewart takes your calls.
A quarter of adults in the UK have worried that a child they know may be neglected, but more than a third did not act on their concerns, according to the charity Action for Children.
So why on earth aren't we blowing the whistle? Is it a lack of faith in our social services? Or have we all completely lost any sense of looking out for our neighbours?
