Who murdered Alexander Litvinenko? The Kremlin critic died a terrible death in London last year, poisoned by the lethal radioactive substance polonium. The prime suspect is Andrei Lugovoi, a member of the Russian Parliament and a former associate of Mr. Litvinenko. British police want to interview him but he tells Stephen Sackur that he has no intention of returning to England.
