George Lamb presents as a team of untrained celebrities, including Stedman from 80s band Five Star, Lucinda Ledgerwood from The Apprentice and Grange Hill's Lee MacDonald and Chris Perry-Metcalf embark on a three-week crash course in hairdressing and beauty therapy under the tuition of pro hairdresser Lee Stafford.

Day 15, and more brave viewers volunteer themselves to be clients and put their hair in the hands of the celebrities under the eye of Lee and Steve Strange.
