Oxford Formal Halls

Raymond Blanc challenges the remaining couples to provide a formal dinner at three prestigious Oxford colleges.

Each couple must devise and cook a meal for the 24 dons on High Table and another for the 140 students in the main hall of their college.

All three colleges have dining traditions dating back centuries. The couples must research the all-important distinctions between how the students and dons are served, and observe the ancient dinner protocols.
