Episode 12

The remaining five candidates face a different kind of challenge as they stand alone and endure a gruelling interview process at the hands of four of Sir Alan's trusted colleagues. There is no hiding place in this test of character as every aspect of their personal and professional lives is put under the microscope.

At the end of the interviews, Sir Alan's four advisors report to him in the boardroom and reveal their findings. Then, in this the penultimate round of Britain's most challenging job search, it's the candidates turn to plead their case as Sir Alan decides just who will make it through to the final.
