The cookery competition to find the UK's best chefs is back as they produce cutting edge cuisine for an event that will be hosted by Heston Blumenthal.

Cookery competition. The country’s chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they compete to cook a four course dinner at London's Gherkin building, hosted by Heston Blumenthal. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the Northern Ireland heats, he chooses between Danny Miller, Noel McMeel, Liz Moore and Nick Price. The seven winners from the regional heats will then cook in the national finals.
