The cookery competition where the UK's best chefs compete is back as they have to produce cutting edge cuisine for an event that will be hosted by Heston Blumenthal.
The country’s chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they compete to cook a four course dinner at London's Gherkin building, hosted by Heston Blumenthal. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the North, he chooses between Mark Broadbent, Michael Wignall, Nigel Howarth and Anthony Flinn. The seven winners from the regional heats will then cook in the national finals.
