Forget peeling and scrubbing - frozen mash can do the hard work in shepherd's pie, fish pie and a chilled summer soup. Frozen rosti are used in a loaf of bread. A Peruvian dish, Patatas Arequipo, is made with oven-ready potato wedges. This series also looks at Delia's life beyond the kitchen, showing how family, faith and football play a big part in her life.
