The Oddsburg villagers are complaining again, so Nine organises a competition, with the winners receiving a tour of Castle Frankenstein. Lottie points out that the castle is full of Dr Frankenstein's dubious creations, so the duo ensure that Lottie finds one of the winning tickets and can guide the other competition winners around.
Unfortunately for Lottie, the lucky tickets are hidden in pickled herring. Worse still, the other competition winners are Pipsquawk and his gang, who are set on finding out what really lurks in the castle.
