Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who does not fit in, and Nine, a cat who does not fit together properly. The visit of a photographer from Mad Scientist's Quarterly causes high excitement in the castle. Dr Frankenstein is out to impress, and asks Nine and the Frankenpets to clean the castle. Fifi, Egora and Heidi have other plans, so Nine enlists Lottie's help. It is not a good idea - she hides a ball of dust in the 'bringing things to life' cabinet.
