Two families volunteer to exchange lives for a week, swapping homes, pets, jobs, schools, diet and even house rules. The Hulls and the Butterworths are two single parent families who live totally different lives. One lives a funky urban lifestyle in cosmopolitan Leeds; the other lives on a horse farm in the rural village of Burnham on Crouch in Essex.
