Two families, the Cookes from rural Cornwall and the Erickson-Hulls from east London via St Lucia, volunteer to exchange lives for a week, swapping homes, pets, jobs, schools, diet and even house rules. The final day of the swap has arrived and both families are set to meet the people whose lives they've been living, for the very first time.
