Roy and Hayley find a home sweet home.

Brian's concerned about the oil seed rape in Top Field and keeps criticising Adam for making a bad decision. Adam tells David that Brian's been acting like this since Alice left for South Africa. David's getting ready for the school visit to Brookfield and confirms it's still ok to borrow Adam's machinery. Adam's sure Ian will also be able to help with David's search for forty empty plastic milk bottles to show the kids how much milk one cow produces in a day.

Fallon tries to play cool when she learns that Jazzer wants Ed to go out with his new girlfriend's ugly friend but Fallon jumps at the chance to spend the day with Ed on Wednesday. She just wishes he saw her as more than a mate. Without revealing Ed's identity, she asks Hayley for advice on how to get a man's undivided attention. Recalling trips to Lakey Hill with Roy, Hayley suggests Fallon goes there with a picnic - a sure way to a man's heart!

Roy and Hayley have viewed a house the other side of Felpersham and to their surprise their offer has just been accepted - their own home at last. Roy can't quite believe it.
