Emma is selective with the truth.

Fallon is shocked at Ed's hungover state, and tries to find out what's wrong. Finally he tells her about Will and the money, saying what a loser he feels. Fallon points out fiercely that this isn't true, he has a job and people who care about him and he's really turned himself round. What does he need a legacy for? He apologises and hugs her - she's such a good mate.

Emma and Kirsty are set for a night clubbing, but can't believe Brenda's brought Tom along. She's not too happy either, as they're bickering; Tom thinks Brenda should stop worrying about work. Kirsty reckons Tom's jealous of Brenda's big opportunity with Matt, and that he'd rather keep her for himself. He denies this hotly, saying he's just worried that if things don't work out Matt will be vicious with her. Later he apologises to Brenda and they make up.

Meanwhile Emma's found someone to dance with, but he makes a sharp exit when he finds out she's divorced with a child. But soon she's dancing with someone else, and decides the best line to take is to deny her past completely.
