Episode 1

Nine pairs of amateur cooks compete for the opportunity to go into business with chef and restaurateur Raymond Blanc. To test their skills, each pair must open and run their own restaurant, and the couple that fares the worst each week will have their restaurant closed. The nine couples are given the keys to their premises and have just one week to prepare for opening night.
