Hayley has a confession to make.

Mike concedes that his lonely hearts ad sounds dull. When Hayley admits the 'Rugged, romantic...' ad is also him, Mike takes it well - but insists he won't have the nerve to reply to any responses..

Lynda and Robert are finalising the churchyard open day. Joe believes it's going to be dull without the excitement of Scarlett and the snake. And letting people up the tower is asking for trouble - there's always a first time for someone to fall off!

Dylan Nells has been asked to review the Quince Tree - an expensive restaurant in Felpersham. Robert's concerned about overloading his credit card but Lynda assures him the debt will be honoured when Glen Whitehouse learns the truth, and the Quince Tree will be her crowning glory.

Clarrie's taken aback to learn from Nic that Will's had a solicitor's letter regarding Great Aunt Hilda's will. Even though he's probably only going to get an old teapot, Nic is excited - after all it's always possible there's a fortune stashed away! Clarrie's convinced that Nic's only interested in what she can get out of William. Joe hopes Clarrie hasn't upset Nic but Clarrie's only worried about Edward - why hasn't he had a letter about the will?
