Police thriller. A pair of rookie cops (Michael Boatman and Lori Pretty) struggle with their colleagues' hostile attitudes and uncover corruption within their own force.

Police thriller about a pair of rookie cops who find themselves victims of corruption within their own force. The first black officer in the Sheriff's Department struggles against the racially-hostile attitudes of the other officers, but finds an ally in the only female member of the department. When their colleagues accuse an innocent man of murder, the precinct's two outsiders have to question their loyalties carefully.
