It's decision time for Brian and Jennifer.

Passing by Ambridge Hall, Alice notices that there's only one llama in the paddock. Lynda panics and they rush to the stable. But what they think at first is a fox turns out to be a baby llama - a cria. Lynda can't believe she didn't realise that Constanza was in calf. When Alistair arrives he declares that it's a boy. Deciding to stick with the Mozartian theme, Lynda names him Salieri.

When Jennifer asks Adam how he feels about Ruairi, Adam says Ian's put it in perspective for him and he feels sorry for Ruairi. In comparison to what Ruairi's going through, it makes any grievance Adam might feel seem utterly trivial.

Brian gets a call from Siobhan's mother Bridget. Siobhan is a lot worse; it may now only be a matter of days. Jennifer's supportive when he says he's going back to Dublin and he's tearfully relieved when Jennifer tells Brian that when the time comes, he can bring Ruairi home - they'll be his family and bring him up together. But there's only one thing - Alice must know nothing until her exams are over.
