Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot is at a party as a clergyman dies sipping a cocktail. Agatha Christie whodunnit with John Moffatt.

The famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot is at a weekend house party on a clifftop in Cornwall, thrown by the celebrated actor Sir Charles Cartwright.

As the welcoming cocktail party gets underway, an elderly clergyman dies while drinking a dry martini.

Was the vermouth/gin ratio of the cocktail so poorly mixed that it offended his delicate palate?

Or was there something else in the glass that shouldn't have been there..?
