JB Priestley - An Inspector Calls

As the Birlings celebrate daughter Sheila’s engagement, an unexpected visitor sparks family turmoil. Stars Bob Peck.

The Birling Family - successful Northern industrialists - are celebrating the engagement of their daughter Sheila to the son of a rival business family, Gerald Croft.

Then Inspector Goole calls by with news of the suicide of a young woman in the infirmary.

As the drama unfolds, the Inspector weeds out information that implicates each of the party as being somehow connected with the girl and - to a greater or lesser extent - responsible for her death....
