Throw Momma from the Train

Black comedy. A would-be writer concocts a scheme to dispose of his tyrannical mother in this spoof of Alfred Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train. As in that classic thriller, the plot involves finding a partner with a similar problem - in this case a novelist in his writing class - and carrying out one another's murders to obscure their motives.
