Dinner with Portillo

Michael Portillo marks the ten-year anniversary of Tony Blair's premiership with dinner guests Greg Dyke, Tony Robinson, Lauren Booth and Lord Adonis and others.

Portillo takes them back to 1997, the year in which he lost his seat and New Labour swept to power. They debate the Dome, argue about education, fall out over Iraq and consider Blair's legacy. It all gets a bit emotional for some guests and one has a glass of water thrown at them.
