Futuristic drama series which follows a team of scientists as they investigate ways of diverting and weakening storms.

Their first attempt, using a technology known as seeding, has ended in failure. Now a much larger hurricane threatens Miami. The team must decide if they dare use a novel and largely untested technology known as distant perturbation. If they get it right they will have saved thousands of lives, but if it goes wrong the consequences could be catastrophic.
