Crime drama about a Russian policeman who emigrates to the States and uncovers a group smuggling Mexicans into the USA.

Andrei Somov, a former Moscow detective, bumps into people trafficker Larry Maklovsky on the Mexican border while on an errand for his friends in the LAPD. Back in LA, the police search for the sender of a series of killer mail bombs, and the clues point to Maklovsky as the principal suspect.
