Comedy about a hapless cafe owner in occupied France and his escapades with the Resistance. Rene attempts to sneak off with Yvette - and four gold bars - on the night train to Switzerland. However, everyone else seems to be travelling with them. Further dampening his ardour, he discovers the Resistance are intending to blow up the train!
