Comedy in which a parrot caged in a research lab tells his life story to a lonely janitor (Tony Shalhoub). Touched by this tale, the janitor conspires to liberate the bird.
Magical adventure for all the family. Paulie the parrot can really talk! A wisecracking joker, he does not always know when to shut up. Now in a cage at a research institute, Paulie tells his many previous adventures to Misha the janitor - but all he really wants is to find Marie, the little girl who first owned him.
