The adventures of Pingu, a clever but clumsy young penguin. His companions include his baby sister Pinga, his best friend Robby the seal, his caring mother and his father, who is the local postman. Pinga bumps her toe while running away from Pingu. Mother brings out some bandages, and Pingu has a great time wrapping up Pinga's throbbing foot and making her giggle. Seeing the happiness that bandages can bring, Pingu sets out on a mission to bandage everything in his path!
