A movie spin-off of the TV series reunites Rigsby (Leonard Rossiter), skinflint owner of a crumbling boarding house in London, with his tenants.
A movie spin-off of the highly popular TV series. Hapless landlord Rigsby is back, and he's still trying to win the amorous attentions of his tenant Miss Jones. When a mysterious gentleman named Seymour moves into one of the rooms, Rigsby is delighted to have someone with a touch of class around the place. But he is less delighted when Seymour wins the affections of Miss Jones.
